Solix Biofuels'^TM Business Strategy

Solix Biofuels is focused on the development and commercialization of large-scale algae production technology. The Company is seeking partnerships to commercialize the technology globally.

Solix Biofuels intends to construct and operate its algal biocrude and co-product production facilities through either joint-ownership or license to third party owner/operators. Because algae consume CO₂, Solix Biofuels is working with companies to provide a solution to mitigate some of their hazardous waste emissions. Solix Biofuels is focusing its resources on the development of its AGS production technology up to and including extraction of products, whether it is biocrude, proteins, bioplastic chemical intermediates or other products derived from algae. Solix Biofuels partners with entities interested in converting these products into biofuels, nutraceuticals, chemicals and other valuable products. The Company’s technology platform has the flexibility to productively grow a diversity of algal species including genetically modified algae, including species which are designed to produce specific products.
